DESCRIPTION

The ClydeUnion Pumps CUP-BB1 range are heavy duty, axially split single and two stage designs engineered to maximize efficiency, provide high reliability, and offer the widest performance flexibility over the pumps life-cycle. From short term to medium term adjustments to full hydraulic re-rates, the CUP-BB1 features are carefully selected to meet our customers needs. Typically a combination of features such as volute insert designs, lip chipping, impeller blade and tip modifications, and varying capacity impellers, can be used to provide the highest versatility of pump operation.

DESCRIPTION

The ClydeUnion Pumps CUP-BB2 is a heavy duty, horizontal, single or two stage, radially split, between bearings, double suction pump, top-top or side-side suction and discharge connections. The CUP-BB2 is designed and manufactured to the latest edition of API 610.

The CUP-BB2 pumps are employed for many oil & gas, desalination, power, and general industrial applications. Stringent API noise and vibration limits are met due to a rigid pump body with 360 degrees bearing support and heavy centerline mounting. Reliable operation at elevated temperatures is ensured due to a number of cooling methodologies complementing inherently cool running bearing modules. ClydeUnion Pumps legacy brands including HOL, KSMK, DB21, DB22 and H-OB provide the industry with a very comprehensive hydraulic coverage.

The ClydeUnion Pumps CUP-BB3 pump is a heavy duty axial split case horizontal, pump with opposing impellers with either single or double suction first stage impeller pumps. The CUP-BB3 pumps comply with the latest edition of API 610 and API 682 standards and are specifically designed for heavy duty, medium and high pressure applications.

DESCRIPTION

The ClydeUnion Pumps reciprocating power pumps are designed with exceptional versatility to efficiently meet the requirements of a wide variety of pumping applications. These units are ruggedly designed for minimum maintenance and to meet the heavy-duty requirements of continuous duty operation in general industry as well as API 674 services.

These units are driven via electric motors or diesel engines through V-belt or gear reduction. Stuffing boxes are specifically designed for applications to maximize packing life and minimize maintenance. Equipment can be packaged to meet the most stringent requirements of API 674.

DESCRIPTION

The ClydeUnion Pumps DB62c is a vertical turbine multi-stage, heavy-duty pump designed to the latest edition of API 610 and API 682 standards. It is designed for cryogenic applications for liquefied gas transport. ClydeUnion Pumps vertical shaft pumps are engineered with a barrel (suction can) and a special “C” Type head gear designed with double mechanical seals to effectively seal NGL, LNG, LPG and other low temperature fluids.

DESCRIPTION

Reactor feed water pumps are designed and constructed to withstand specific site environmental conditions and operating criteria. This specific feedwater pump is an ASME III class 2 or 3 pump, which has stiff shafts with generous internal clearances and a full cartridge design.
