All design work is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 certification. Using the latest CAD software, system design complies with the client’s requirement and specification. Our project and engineering teams can provide you with a product from concept to final product realization for onshore, offshore and ship mounted packages. We use the latest 3D software to design your package from the skid frame to the finished product in 3D so you can visualize your product before it starts production. We can comply With the various industry standards such as ASME, API, ATEX, IEC, NACE etc. All of our products come complete with required documentation according to your requirements and specifications.

CHEMICAL INJECTION PACKAGE

Our chemical injection skids can provide a precise and accurate amount of chemical into a system at an intermittent or continuous pressure. We can provide single point, multi-pump and multi point injection packages. As a leading pump distributor we know the right pump for the job. We only use approved quality pumps so you know your product will last and be capable of the job.

ENGINEERING PUMP PACKAGE

We also offer various mechanical packages to suit your needs such as; Nitrogen Boosters, Open/Closed drain pump skids, LP vent pumps, Metering Skids, Membrane package skids, Wet Scrubber Skids, Electric Process heating Packages, Fuel Lube Oil system Skids.

GAS & LIQUID TREATMENT PACKAGE

These are designed to deliver clean and treated gas to a single or multistage compressor station and/or gas turbines. Each system is designed to match project and operational demands. Overall package scope typically includes KO drums, demisters or vane separators, filters, piping and control systems.

GAS/AIR COMPRESSOR PACKAGE

We can offer a wide variety of compressor packages from air tool operation to plant quality instrument air. Our packages generally comprise of the compressor, pre filters, air-dryers and after filters along with user control panels. We can offer typical load/unload or VSD controlled systems to suit your needs.

POWER GENERATOR PACKAGE

We can provide gas/diesel power generator package customize as per customer requirement, starting from designs, engineering, fabricates, assembly and testing/inspection by our engineering team at our (Multiphase) workshop. We also packing and transporting the package to project site and installing/commissioning by our technician team services.

ENGINEERING PACKAGE

Our company do engineering skid design for many type of mechanical package.

FABRICATION

We have our own fabrication shop to fabricate skid structure as per customer requirement.
>> All welders are certified welder.
>> All material for skid structure are tracable with material certificate.
>> We can control project schedule for skid structure.
>> Painting can be as per project specification.

QUALITY CONTROL

We provide quality control of our material and production.
>> Material receiving with all material certificate type 3.1B.
>> PMI as option.
>> Welding by Quality Welder with WPS, PQR
>> Welding quality check by NDE (PT, RT, VT or MT)
>> Painting follow customer project specification and control quality of painting by 3rd party.

ASSEMBLY

Our team will assembly the package for mechanical, instrument, electrical and control system as per project specification.
>> All instrument will be calibrated.
>> All material will be supply with material certificate.
>> All material can be supplied only from approved vendor list.
>> All electrical equipment will classified for Hazardous area as per international code.

INSTRUMENT & PLC CONTROL

Our engineering teams can design and provide electrical wiring, junction boxes and complete system PLC control panels for all types of engineering packages such as
